Hi, I’m Bryant.

I’m the owner of Tier Construction. I joined the labor union local 261 in 1988. While in the union I learned to build high-rise buildings in downtown San Francisco from the ground up. After spending 10 years in local 261, I hired on with Pacific Bell in 1994 and worked in the construction department as a lineman. This is where I learned the intricate details of constructing telephone networks. After spending 20 years at Pacific Bell I decided to take my knowledge and skill that I acquired and I obtained my General Contractors license. I started with home remodels of kitchens and baths and worked my way to additions. After successfully mastering these crafts, I have branched off into custom home rebuilds, commercial rehabs, and commercial ground up builds.

With 30 years of building knowledge, I offer expert craftsmanship and superior customer service. I look forward to working with you!
